The documents offer some answers. Others remain unresolved.
THE $100 MILLION PLAN THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
One of the most consequential revelations came from a trust agreement dated August 2019, signed just two days before Epstein died while in federal custody.
Known as the “1953 Trust,” the document outlined how Epstein wanted his remaining wealth and property distributed.
It named Shuliak as one of its principal beneficiaries, allocating $50 million directly to her and directing the establishment of a further $50 million annuity for her benefit.
The agreement also listed several properties and valuable personal items intended for her. <Cite refs={[“turn621283search1″,”turn621283search6”]}/>
The planned gifts included interests in Little Saint James and Great Saint James in the U. S.
Virgin Islands, the Zorro Ranch property in New Mexico, and other residences associated with Epstein.
The documents also referred to valuable diamonds and a large diamond ring connected to his stated plans concerning marriage.
