Having extremely large breasts can be more than just an inconvenience; it can lead to a variety of genuine health issues, including:

Pain in the neck and back from the sustained weight of the breasts
Skin rashes and irritation under and around the breasts
Bacterial infections in the skin folds beneath the breasts
    Difficulty breastfeeding effectively
    Breast pain (mastalgia)
Skin ulcers in extreme, longstanding cases
Nipple numbness from sustained nerve compression.
