The Health Struggles She Shared with Followers
In December 2021, Sahara publicly acknowledged that she was struggling with addiction and had voluntarily entered a treatment program. She checked into a rehabilitation and wellness facility in Malibu for a planned 30-day stay addressing mental health concerns and drug and alcohol abuse.
Rather than keeping her experience entirely private, Sahara decided to bring her followers along on the journey. “Hey, guys, I just wanted to update you and the journey that I’m on right now,” she explained in a video recorded at the facility. “I just checked into a mental health, wellness, drug and alcohol addiction treatment center retreat. It’s really beautiful. It’s in Malibu,” she continued.
